CBC is looking for enthusiastic people who love working with children.
You will be providing intensive behavior intervention services to school-age children in their homes or schools, using Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training techniques.
We provide 42 hours of paid training through classroom attendance and observations in the field. To ensure that all Behavior Instructorsmeet our high performance standards, trainees are required to pass a writtenexamination and practical evaluation prior to working with clients ontheir own.
*Spanish Speaking/Bilingual is helpful.

Job Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, social work or related field •Experience working with typically developing or special needs children is desirable •Heavy emphasis on data collection •Ability to work well with others in a highly structured environment •Department of Justice and FBI clearances mandatory •Must have reliable car and be a good driver with valid driver's license and auto insurance •TB test clearance required
